Eligibility

Participants must be 16 years of age or older.

Code of Conduct

• Any form of cheating, use of unauthorized software, or abusive behavior will lead to disqualification.
• Players must maintain sportsmanship and follow the rules set by the tournament organizers.

Data Collection & Use

By submitting this form, you consent to the collection of personal data including your name, Riot ID, contact number, email address, and city of residence.

This data will only be used for the purpose of tournament operations, player communication, match scheduling, and prize distribution.

We will not sell, share, or misuse your personal data for marketing or any third-party activities.

Media Release Consent

You grant the organizers permission to use your name, in-game footage, gameplay highlights, and other media content captured during the tournament for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, videos, live streams, recaps).

No additional compensation will be provided for media usage.

Disqualification & Disputes

• The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant or team found violating the rules.
• All decisions made by the tournament officials will be final and binding.

Liability Disclaimer

The organizers are not responsible for any technical issues, game crashes, or connectivity problems that affect gameplay.

Players are responsible for having a stable internet connection and functioning gaming setup.

Tournament Updates

All registered participants will be added to a communication group (WhatsApp/Discord) for updates. It is your responsibility to stay informed.
